Online Group Coaching FAQs
Is this right for me? What kind of clients do you work with?
You want a better relationship with food and body and are ready and willing to change behaviors in your life to have it! You are willing to do the work and you understand that lasting change does not happen overnight and the real value is in slow incremental change - the kind that truly becomes a part of your life. You are able to be honest about your struggles and are looking forward to digging deep in order to create lasting change! You want a way to work on your relationship with food, at your own pace.
What kind of program do you offer? How does it work?
My programs incorporate a multi-faceted approach that combines eating psychology, goals coaching and a whole food philosophy. Have you thought or said "I know what to do... I just don't do it!"? That's the space we'll dig into... the "why" and then the "how" and then the "what".
For my coaching programs, there are weekly virtual group coaching calls with assignments in between that will help you create an understanding of how to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be in your relationship with food and body. For the video course, the worksheets and assignments are all included in the course.
What is your philosophy?
I believe in each individual’s ability to change, heal and empower themselves toward the greatest version of themselves. Throughout our work together, I seek to understand your challenges and to help guide you back to the things that nurture and support your happiest and highest self. You CAN have the relationship with food and body that you desire, and I want to support you in creating it.
What will I need to do?
In order for this process to be most effective for you, you will need to take an active role. This means working on the assignments and connecting to get any additional support you need. The more of yourself you are willing to invest, the greater the return.
Will you tell me what to eat?
I do not believe that nutrition is one size fits all. Lasting change comes from truly learning what works best for you as an individual and then building the habits to support that in your life. As a result of our work together, I will help you figure out what foods and habits work best for you, and it will be up to you to implement the changes.
